I love the name Nolan, pronounced NO-lan (but still pretty much identical to "No Lyn," when not enunciated LOL).

Nolin, however, just looks like a typo. I really don't see the point.

I do like the name. My 10 year old daughter has a boy in her class with that name, but it is spelled Nolan.

No, because the name Nolan (pronounced the same) is a man's name. And I assume the Nolin will be a girls name?

I like it for a boy...I don't think it's a girl's name, right? How about Nolan for a boy? I like that spelling and sound a little better.
