I only ask because my maid Maria has told me that the car she has been living in for the last 2 years is now legaly considered her domicile. The problem is that it is on my property and she claims that since she has had "possession or use" of that space it should be considered as hers.
While I don't begrudge her a place to park her car, I don't think that I should have to transfer any property rights to her.

You should have thought of this before you went squatting over her on the kitchen floor.

No, there is no such thing as "squatting rights" for personal property.

There is "squatting rights" for real property (land). The person must be on the land continuously for 20 years (average amount of time) and openly (everyone knows about it) and hostily (without the owner's permission). Then, after 20 years, the squatter has to file court paperwork to have a judge grant possession officially.

Is the car still on wheels? Or are the rims sitting on concrete blocks? If it's still on its wheels it might be considered a 'mobile' home and you could roll it just off your property line

And do you still have your butt butler? . Does he like to squat once in a while himself?

i think one of the amendements allow you freedom to squat - i think in you own home you can squat anytime you want - but out in the public only animals allowed to squat - but you must pick up after them after they squat
