hi friend i want to know about the terms and their explanation

Those are standards for serial communications. RS-232C specifies a method of asynchronous communications over one transmit wire, one receive wire, one ground, and several optional signal wires. The voltage levels must lie in the range of -12V to -5V for a 1 bit and 0V for a 0 bit.

RS-422 was an exhanced version of RS-232C.
