I also love the name Adrianna, and in some definitions it means "valuable" which I think is a great meaning for a little one. Adrianna is elegent, yet stylish enough to be a cool name. I think it balances beautiful and strong well. It's a great name!

Good choice!

Yes - Adrianna is a pretty old name like Josephine- but if you like it, that's all that matters. During my pregnancy I had a few names in mind and 2 of them were Adrianna and Arianna. I like the sound of Arianna better.

Depends if you are going for formal or not...there are pros and cons to every baby name.

Chances are adults, especially very formal ones, will love it, it is a very classy name...meanwhile other kids likely won't and may well think it's a wallflower/outcast type of name.

Personally I'd avoid doing it to keep my kid out of harm's way socially, but, on the flip side, it works well if your kid turns out to be the smart, rebellious, wallflower type and enjoys being that way...and chances are if yourself and the father are like that the kid will be as well.
