Yes I would! Why would we be outsourcing law enforcement, except for the reason to have the job done by people who don't have to answer to internal affairs??

Problem is, these guys are American kids who entered into crime because they didn't understand that if they busted their humps for 20 years, they could have the same luxuries, like regular meals, that you were born with. Put some effort into helping the poor in our cities, PROBLEM SOLVED.

yes, because canada has their own gang banger issues in b.c,. winnipeg, toronto. and they arent doing a good job there
