Hello not me,
I believe I am excellent at taking compliments. I always love and appreciate them.
Also I believe I am very good at taking criticism. Although I am not fond of being criticised, if it comes from someone whose genuine aim is to inform me of a failing on my part, wants to help and does not try to undermine me, I am more than prepared to listen to and act on their criticism.

Yes, I have learned to be. I always say thank you.
I cannot stand it when I give a compliment to someone and they don't say thank you......for example... I love the way you've been wearing your hair lately... and they say. "Oh, I don't, I hate it." or "MMmmm, I just love this chocolate cake you made, it's delicious"! and they say, "I don't think it was my best..." Or "It's missing something"... Or something of that nature.... Just say THANK YOU for crying out loud!!
