The answer is..................No. U.S. citizens are lucky that they have more rights/freedom than most people in other countries though. But there is quite a bit of trampling going on in regards to the amendments to the U.S. Constitution. It may be time to "refresh" the Constitution so that it is more "current".

Legalize and regulate the illegal drug trade and you take the profit away from the blackmarket, terrorists, and others that don't pay taxes.

If you believe that the government has violated one of your rights as enumerated in the Constitution (The first ten Amendments are generally referred to as the "Bill of Rights") you can go to court.

The courts will not only uphold the rights that are in the Constitution, they've even found new "Rights" that aren't mentioned in the Constitution, under some legal theories about "unstated intent".

no. theres no dignity in the justice system but its better then other countries
