Lets say that an exgirlfriend can create the scenario like exboyfriend calling, she has a friend with her at the time of taking the call, she and her friend work together with a lie and take the boyfriend to court saying the guy was harassing and saying things enough to put a restriction order (even when this wasn't true), could a restriction order being put to the guy unfarily? (Is not fair, but can the exgirlfriend and friend create all the scenario and make the life of the guy as difficult a s they can working as a complot)

This can happen I suggest you stay away from her as much as possible because they can make anything up and what proof do you have to defend your self but if they get caught for lying the will be fined allot of money the police does not play with things like this.

She could...so don't be calling her and she won't have any proof of the call, ie. caller id, or the call records on a cell phone. She's clearly into drama. Stay away before she does get you arrested. Even if she can't prove it, if she charges you with it, you'll still have to pay a bondsman to get you out of jail and that's money you will never get back.

Anything is possible. Let's hope that there aren't that many people out there who would want to do such a thing.

By the way, would it be possible that the fake claim was made via cell phone? If so, there are records....

If someone is willing to risk perjuring themselves then anything is possible. Lying in court under oath is a felony.

There's no practical limit as to how far people will go to hurt each other. People are funny that way.
