I do with things I do not need or already have. I always put a note on it, who its from, when I got it, so I do not give it to someone from the same circle of friends. I store it until the perfect opportunity for that gift comes up. It is a gift and you can choose what to do with it once it is yours.

Yes I have. It was year before last for Christmas. This girl gave me a lime green hat, gloves, and scarf. It was the ugliest thing I had ever seen. I wrapped it back up and gave it to my 12 year old niece for Christmas the same year. She loved it, but then again, she was into that sort of thing.

Yeh, I have a few times. My grandma always gets me the stinkiest gift set (body wash, body spray) from Victoria's Secret every year and I usually find someone else to give it to. It makes for a great Dirty Santa gift.

I have, once. Sometimes, people give gifts that are totally not a person's style .. and rather than hurt their feelings, one just gives them a hug and a thank you. Rather than throw the gift away, it's best to give it to someone else ... that, or donate it to Santa's Anonymous or Salvation Army. :)

Yes. Last year my father got me a laptop and I re-gifted it to my 11 year old nephew.

Yes, especially with the bags. I usually regift body washes that I don't like or are allergic to. I try not to do that though, because it most cases, it's the thought that counts.
You just have to remember not to regift it to the same person who gave it to you! Oops!
