Get into a habit of planning out your day. Record things on a tape recorder and review them at the end of the day when planning the next. Of course this too is a habit that must be developed with time and effort. Sorry man but I don't know of any better way. You got to work at it.

how do I plan to remember them if I ALREADY forgot them...
I usually write things down on sticky notes if it's something relaly important and I place them in places I go all the time.
