Certainly, as long as she ovulates and her partner has viable sperm. It's just a matter of hitting the right timing, which can be trickier with only one tube.

Yes but it might be a little bit harder. With one tube its twice as long with two tubes. If I were you I'd set goal and within that goal if you pg then great but if you don't its ok you have 3 beautiful children already. Don't go crazy about this. Don't be one of those women who get all crazed about having more children. I would give your self a year and see what happens.

Be careful this except thing happen to one my friends and the she gave up but didn't use any protection thru out and at 44 she got pg. And she was not a happy camper.

Erm, your question is awfully vague. Women have been having children without fertility meds for thousands upon thousands of years.

Majority of pregnancies are created by good old fashioned sex, no meds involved. 2 of the 4 I've had were au natural

I didn't take anything. I am 28 weeks preg and we did it the old fashion way (sex).
