How big of a concern is the problem of Christmas stalkings? Should those responsible for the stalkings be hung?

I think that there is a loop hole in there somewhere. Things get leaked out at times.

There are two kinds out around Christmas..some are filled with goodies for good little girls and good little boys
Some are filled with peanut butter and some with cream cheese and pecans
And I say " Let's hang them!!!" or nibble on them, as the case may be..

They should be punished and, considering that there are alot more people out during the Christmas holidays, idk if stalkers are what you should be worried about but the crime rate does go up.
