Because unlike Clinton, Bush actually did something after America was attacked by terrorists. Instead of telling the public do not overreact, as Clinton did during his first time ever talking about the 1993 WTC bombing in 1996, Bush actually reacted and brought war upon the terrorists.

Clinton: Sold rocket technology to China for money, giving China nuclear missiles. Shut down national defense, military bases and cutting back on military and security funding; for more money. We could have been nuked anytime with the national security being cut back and parts shut down. We had a Marine base in Yemen bombed, Beruit Marine base being bombed. 1993 WTC bombing, 2 US Embassy bombings, USS Cole bombing, and Khobar Towers bombing. Paid by other leaders in countries to look the other way while they did deals with al-Qaeda or other terrorist groups. He fired two missiles in a failed retaliation attempt. Somalia went pretty badly. Clinton and Reno performed the act of Waco, Texas (Imagine if Bush did that, the huge outcry), he dodged the draft too, all those sex scandals on top of it.

God, I am so glad while under Clinton, everything was so peaceful and better!

Only problems I have with Bush is the Dubai ports deal he tried to go with, doing nothing about these illegals, and not allowing our military to fight the war the right way because of democrats putting legal and false-legal pressure on him. At least he tries to keep the country safe. And he must be doing a good job since we have not been attacked since 2001 and it is now 2007 going on 2008.

I suggest that you study up on logical fallacies.

Your question states an opinion as fact -- you assert as fact that Bush is more successful than Clinton (or any other president), and merely ask why this is.

Employing the same reasoning, I might ask:

"Why did you ask the most ridiculous question of all time?"

See how that worked? By asking why, I asserted my opinion (that your question is ridiculous) as a fact, when it is clearly only an opinion. Unlike my opinion though, yours is wrong.

And the only thing more ridiculous than your question, is Bush himself.

Maybe next time you should ask:

"Why is Bush the worst President in US history?"

If you mean wealthier, he has a inheritance whereas Clinton is working class and a son of God like Jesus was - without his father.

Notice Fallen below is grateful that during Clinton there was peace.

You must be referring to Bush's success in doubling the National Debt and removing parts of the Bill of Rights. He was very good at that.

Yes he is, and in many ways
He has successfully wasted the surplus.
He has successfully put us in a war with no end in sight.
He himself said "the war on terrorism is not a winnable war".
He has successfully put the country in debt.
That is success.

Successful at taking us into an illegal and immoral war? Successful at running up trillions of debt? Successful at making himself, Cheney and their cronies billionaires? Because he is evil and cares nothing for humanity, our constitution, actually he cares nothing about anything or anybody but his cronies and wealth at any cost.
