This question is about the series Naruto, i was wondering if Neji Hyuuga loves or even likes tenten, because sometimes he acts really cute to her and on teh first episodes he acted kind of cold to her.

Don't worry, Neji may not be in love with tenten yet,but its a pretty obvious pairing to me. He was cold at first to everyone
because he hated the main branch because he tought they killed his father.but after naruto beat him he let go of his hate and formed a closer bond with his teammates.

I truly believed that there could've been a relationship between Tenten and Neji however, Kishimoto decided to kill Neji off. There are various sightings of evidence that suggests that they could've been together, but I am going to only list a few. The infinite Tsuyuomi is the best source. After Neji died and Tenten was off doing her own business, she got caught in the genjutsu. The infinite Tsuyuomi is made based off of the desires of the person who is trapped in it so they will not want to leave it. When Tenten got caught in it, she imagined that Neji was still alive and that he was perverted towards her. This means that part of her possibly wanted Neji to notice her. Another fact that I discovered is that most of the time during the Naruto Shippuden series, Neji got more comfortable with Tenten. In fact, when these two are shown in this series, they are mostly seen "hanging" out together. Guy and Lee are not seen with the two because of how Tenten and Neji ridicule them. The last fact I will present is the fact that Tenten didn't get married after the Great Ninja war. About everyone ended up with a special someone except Tenten. Lee ended up with another woman who bore him a son, but she is never seen. It has come to my attention that Tenten decided not to get married because there were not options available to her. :( A common misconception is that Neji has feelings for Hinata. This is partly true in a sense for family/cousins however, it is not romance. After all, they are cousins. Also, at the moment of Neji's death, he mentioned to Naruto that Hinata cared for him meaning he already acknowledged her feelings.

He was cold at 1st. Then he becomes nicer from the help of Tenten and after Naruto's exam battle. I think Tenten likes Neji because not many girls like lee or bushy brow. Besides, they are a close combat team 10.

I think he didn't find her annoying. Neji is like Sasuke where his main concern is not girls. Neji is cold as a character to begin with but he warms up. Tenten is one of the girls he actually respect as a team member (He trains with her specifically). Remember Ino tried to seduced Neji and Neji was completely ignoring her. But since Naruto's main focus is friendship and not romance then very little possibility that mangaka will show more intimate scene between the two.

No, there is no romance between Neji and Tenten. Actually, I thik, Neji will end with Hinata (i mean, this is, what his uncle and Hinatas father want).
