I think ppl are so discouraged, that they don't know what to do to help. Starting in your community is the first step; volunteer at the Salvation Army, shelter, schools, etc. But ppl question is that enough? If you have little money to give, you are extra careful at where you donate, considering you don't know if it will fall into the needed hands. My check I sent to Red Cross for Katrina took almost (7) months to cash. Ppl have lost hope in our politicians, and perceive a myriad of them as crooks. If you're an every day John or Jane Doe, just trying to make a living, you don't feel as though your voice is important enough to be heard without a lot green devalued dollars to back it up. My thoughts as the average Jane Doe.

It can´t be done by one person only, so it´s up to the big powers of the world to consider this theme and discuss it, only that it seems they are too busy looking for an excuse to start a fight against each other, or looking for a way to keep all of our money...

God forbid if they step out of their comfort zone and actually look evil in the face and say,"I'm not taking this crap anymore." That's asking too much from their so-called busy schedule.

If they vent,
well it's like decisions made by committee can't be blamed on any one person.

taking action requires an emotional & intellectual involvement / investment that I blame mass market media and governmental forces for beating out of the bleeting masses, turning them into sheep, that can only bleet their crys of indignation...
on their way to the slaughter.

I think such people who gripe and do nothing deserve to be shot.

Maybe what my father says is true.

If people ain't whining, they ain't happy.

As for me, I see what is wrong with the world today and I am trying to take steps to correct it.

If you want, perhaps email me and tell me what you think is wrong. Perhaps we can work together.
