those ashamed to shed tears and let the world around them see how broken and hurt they are, they cry alone. They cry beside themselves so that no will see their precious mask of clam torn down and so that no one has to endure the suffering they feel.
we are only human enough to want what we cannot have, and to put our needs aside to full fill that. We are only human enough to want whats best for our friends even if that hurts us. And so we laugh with them, let their happiness be ours, while we keep all our mourning carefully tucked inside.

It's a natural human emotion to not want to burden others with our sorrows; it's not their battle, right? But this is misguided thinking. While it is so awesome to laugh together, no one can help us if they don't know we're hurting. If we held each other up, it would be a whole lot easier to stand.

In the words of King Solomon: "Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken."

I think there are many reasons:
1) Crying is looked upon as a weakness, sometimes by those with the tears and sometimes by those who they are with when doing so. Sometimes both.
2) Others don't want to spread their unhappiness by crying in front of those who might be affected by their unhappiness - - parents in front of their kids, family in front of family that are ill, etc.
3) Sometimes people don't want to share their problems or unhappiness, depending on what they are crying about.

when we laugh, we can do it easly, particlarly when we are with poeple.so we can do it, sometimes, without meaning it. its just to show that we are happy and glad with those with whom we are!
but when we cry in some situation whith poeple, that means the real feeling of sadness or compassion with others suffer.

therefore, crying alone is as possible as laughing alone when we are so happy! and when we laugh alone as a mad from happiness we do it alone too!

Because we are good in hiding our sorrows and anxious to show others that we are doing well, or ok, even if we are not.

We do not want others to worry about us, so we put this big silly happy looking face and laugh until everyone is convinced that we are well. and fine.

From there on, the worries for you leave their faces, and the look of relief comes on. You watch and see theburden of their hearts lift up, and it makes you happy for one reason or another.

So you promise yourself one thing. If my being well makes you happy, then I will keep well.

Ergo, you keep your troubles to yourself.
