Please do not confuse them with the facts Clinton and all the other Democrats said that Saddam had WMD and wanted him out. That was before they were against the war on Iraq.

They are just insane Like Kennedy is insane that women who died in that vehicle apparently was caring Kennedy's love child.

So what? - there are many ways to achieve a regime change (if one assumes its our business to meddle) -sanctions, no-fly zone, were all working in controlling Iraq. Yet Bush and Cheney weren't happy with that - so they made up some BS about WMD and now they are well on their way to bankrupting the country while making more enemies everyday.

He supported the efforts of the local tribes to overthrow Saddam, but that's it. He ordered the U.S. military to strike Saddam for kicking out UN weapons inspectors. But he wasn't going to go around the UN or ignore the UN. No Cowboy diplomacy there.
