I would have one less "Good" friend. If the proof was indisputable, I would drop them like the garbage they are.
No GOOD friend would steal from me. That's not how you treat your friends.

How much money? If it was just a few coins to go out and buy a paper or something, then so what? But, if it was more than $100, ask her to pay you back. If she doesn't, then cease being friends.
It will be a hard thing to do.

Ask them why they thought it was okay to do something like that. If they cared about you, they wouldn't take money. It's different if they ask you for money ya know. I would cut off my friendship with that person for awhile until they prove themselves worthy of a friend again. And even in doing so, I would still be cautious of my things.

I would let them know that I know they are in a bad situation right now, and I would ask them if they needed to borrow some money. I have found life alot easier when I live with forgivness.

My good friends wouldn't have stolen my money,,I would have already given it to them and they know it. If I knew they needed it, they wouldn't have even needed to ask for it. If someone you counted as a good friend stole your money, maybe they weren't as a good a friend as you thought they were.

This happened to my husband at his business. He noticed money was missing whenever his friend came to visit. We used to stay with his friend "Jeff" until we moved into our house. My husband caught "Jeff" stealing money on video and confronted him. He denied it even after being told he was on camera. He was shown the tape then he returned the money and obviously they are no longer friends.

It depends on whether you want the money back, keep the friend or both.

I would ask for an explanation without accusation first.

I would say, 'what the ****, mate...' then the situation would swirl into something awkward and uncomfortable before he/she gave it back. My trust would only then be revived if he helped me take out that god damned space money that's been wailin' for the last seven years in my attic.

if i knew without a doubt that they did it...had proof....

i would be furious......i would prolly be soo mad i would not confront her..cause i would say & do things i would regret so i would just stop being her friend no calls no lunches...in essence disown her as a friend......

if she asks whats wrong tell her

or just forget about it ...act like nothing has happened...

or bring it up in conversation that you think some stole money from you & how mad it made you & watch her reaction....
