You evaluate this by the following formula
n!/(r !)(n-r)! or use the nCr key on calculator

Ex:

= 5!/(2! * 3!) getting the 3 from 5-2
=5*4*3*2*1/(2*1*3*2*1) which after cancelling, leaves you
= 10
