I assume / is for Square Root:

√(25) * (x^6) * (y^16) =
√25 * √x^6 * √y^16 =
√5^2 * √(x^3) ^ 2 * √(y^8)^2
5 * (x^3) * (y^8)

That's the farthest we can go with this.

Good luck.

If the / is supposed to mean the √ sign

-√25x^6y^16 = -5x^6y^16

and the other answers so far are NOT the answer to your question, since it is
- 5 x^6 y^16
NOT +5 x^6 y^16 and not +/-5 x^6 y^16

If the / is supposed to symoblise (divided by)

-/25x^6y^16 doesn't make sense.
You can only assume there is a typo, and that actually it means

-1/25x^6y^16
in which case no further simplification is possible, it is already in its simplest form.

IF U R SAYING THAT THE NEGATIVE SIGN IS WITH NO VARIABLE OR NUMBER THEN THERE IS NO SOLUTION.
BUT IF IT IS A SQUARE ROOT OF25X^6.... THEN IT IS AS THE OTHER GUYS SOLVED IT

HOPE THIS HELPED

i assume you are asking sqrt(25x^6y^16). If so answer is
