I'm sure you know what i'm talking about

everywhere i go, they'll be atleast 1 person who stares at me. but its not the kind of stare, where you look, make eye contact, and he/she looks away,

its the kind where your wondering "WTF?" because even when you make eye contact....for longer than 3 seconds (which seems short, but think about, its preety long when your staring at a stranger) and they don't look away.

this could be a bad thing, or a good thing.
-they could be staring at you/me because they like how we look? which could boost are ego and raise our confidence
-or they could be staring at you because your weird. which could make you overly self-conscious.

has anyone notice this? wtf is up with it?~

No one looks at me, I may be invisibubble actually.

Perhaps you are fantastically good looking or you have a strange warty thing on your nose.

YES. It's pretty darn rude. I'd rather you come up to me and ask what you're thinking than do the sneak a stare. My husband tends to do this, and whenever I notice him staring at ppl, I inquire why. He isn't trying to be rude, but curious. For example, a staring incident while we were sitting in a deli, I told him to stop staring at whatever it is he's fixated on, he said turn around and look at this lady's hair, I hate curls, but this woman's curly hair is gorgeous...although his poker stare was far from complimentary. He is an observer, but his starring can be unsettling! I personally think it is incredibly rude, and try my best not to do so, and make eye contact when I feel eyes upon me. I think for the most part folks really don't know when they are starring, and how unsettling it truly is.

Not too much in the states but when I am overseas in Hungary it happens to me several times EVERY day. i asked my husband what is going on,he just laughs and says they have never seen someone as good looking as me before.I know he is joking but there may be some truth to it. I am a young looking 52 year old who can still wear jr.clothing and I am 5'9" tall. I am also part native American so I must look different to them. It's ok with me, I quess it sort of makes me stand out .Like my mom always said, "A lady should be noticed in a crowd."

No I actual have in no way observed that by means of fact i could in no way try this. I do admit that if I ever get a evening off from being with my toddlers and that i ensue to be eating i'm going to take exhilaration in an occasional cigarette yet in no way could I make it a habit or do it with my toddlers cutting-edge. That mentioned i could in no way yell issues at somebody strolling down the line with their toddlers who became smoking. No reason to punish the youngster for the mum and dad stupid determination and it is been my journey that maximum mum and dad who do smoke in front of their toddlers do not care what you're saying to them, they'll do it anyhow. Ditt: I stay in washington state the place that's illegitimate to smoke in a public development and in the form you get pulled over for something else collectively as smoking a cigarette with your toddlers interior the vehicle you will get a cost tag. I would desire to declare that that's a lot nicer to eat at restaruants and bypass to a club or bar now. Yeaaaaa Washington!

Fortunately it only has happened to me since I have been in the South of the US so I know that it may just be a shock to people to see a multi-racial person like myself or that they are trying to figure out what races I am mixed with. Or they could just be racist and are wondering what derogatory name they can think of. Honestly, either way I don't really care. My camcorder loves youtube.
