alright, i wanna play a new game(dawn of war) i bought really really bad but my graphics card isn't up to standards where's a good place to get a proper graphics card and how much does it cost(in generalization)

that's a link to the new 8800gt. It is the current mid-randge video card king. The 8800gtx is better, but caosts around $500. You could get away with an 8600 (or a ati 2600hd if you like ati) on most modern games. These are all pci-e cards, so if you are running an old agp slot I would recommend a 7900gs for games. That one should cost around $200.

To get a quality graphics card that can handle all the new games coming out, expect to pay at least $400-$500.

Shop online at places like newegg.com or go to best buy.

you need graphics card with at least 256 Mb of ram. Your best choice would be GE Force 7300 GT It costs around 150$ You can find it any local hardware store! But you should see does your PC supports PCI graphics card or only AGP (than you have problem of finding good card - they are old technology )
