Ipod + BMW Connection...?

I have a 2007 3 series with an AUX iput for an ipod... Can I use any Aux 6 Feet 3.5mm (1/8") Male Plug Stereo Audio Patch Cable... or do I have to go to BMW and buy one?

Any 3.5mm stereo cable will work.

Check out Target and Walmart.

Yes you can use any. But you should have gotten the IPodyourBMW kit instead. It cost more but you can control the ipod from your headunit or steering wheel.
