My children were angels and sheep. Grand children the same. It`s not fair. at school i wanted to be Mary but i was made leader of Choir entering hall from the main doors singing, How far is it to Bethlehem. They said i had the loudest voice. Cheek!!!!

My oldest girl and youngest girl were Mary.The oldest one is ginger,never seen a ginger Mary before lol.My son was a lamb he wasn't happy he said it spoilt his rep :o))

Oh and my youngest girl dropped the baby Jesus,were not a very theatrical family I'm afraid

Last year, my niece was Mary and I didn't hear the end of it from my sister-in-law. You'd think she'd just been awarded the bloody Nobel Peace prize or something.
My daughter has been an angel (she is blonde) and a shepherd so far.
I was always in the choir but I always wanted to be a sheep.

When I was about 10 years old I was in the church choir and one year I got to be Mary, to be honest I still remember thinking its not that big a deal.

I was Mary when I was 3 in the Church nativity. It was the highlight of my acting career, as I never had a lead role after that!!

I remember I made a very good Herod one year....I think I was about 7 years old....and throwing tantrums was something I was very good at back then! The following year, I played one of the wise men....I never played Joseph, though...and I am sure neither of my brothers ever did.

I was the Partridge in the pear tree once, and when the singers got to the line " and a partridge in a pear tree " I had to say in a loud voice " that's me "

I wanted to be a maid a milking !!!

Still living this down to this day

I was an angel once, though that stopped a long time ago, and a shepherd but i kept on losing the flock.

i never got a part in the plays because i was too shy but my sister is called Mary and she was always Mary in the plays

My son was a wise man when he was three. I never got any further than being the back end of a donkey.

Not much has changed there really lol.
