I hate feeling fatt bcs i bloat afater eatingg...But i eat when im nervous and im usually nervous around my bf ..bcs hes so perfectt..I wanna feel beautiful ...and be beautiful for him any thing i can do to feel beautifull

You need to look at yourself and realize that you ARE beautiful regardless of what the media and fashion industry tries to tell women they should look like.

You have a boyfriend and I bet he thinks you're beautiful. Don't lose self esteem because that will make you unattractive. Hold your head up and be proud of the way you look and who you are.

I have a huge a** and it jiggles when I walk. My husband slaps it all the time and says, "Just look at that big ol' thing!!" But I know he loves it just the way it is...or he wouldn't try to slap it and shake it around all the time with a smile on his face!! He can't keep his hands off of it and that's a dead giveaway that he can't get enough of my big a** . I always tell him, "You love it! You know you do!" and he agrees 100 percent!!

Be happy with who you are. It's more beautiful to be fat than have bad self esteem!!

Well lets see Im a 220 lb women and somtimes i hate the way i look for many of reasons...ESPECIALLY the fatty parts lol...but somtimes you need to take all your clothes off and look at your self in the mirror give you mind a mind self 5 mins to think of whats hott on you body...I bet you can find alot and get your courage back to look good and feel good.. i do and im pretty fatt lol

You just have to have confidence. I am overweight and feel absolutely terrible like you do sometimes. I have to take a full look in the mirror, notice the good points, and then think of the people I've seen who are worse off. Ex. Skinny people that have a not so attractive face, super big people who dress in belly shirts. That's another thing, you have to dress to fit your body, and that will make you feel much better.

First, be confident with yourself. You can try to eat less too, but must base the nutrient intake on the food guide pyramid to have the relative amounts of the different food groups that make up a balanced diet

If your current boyfriend doesn't love you for you now, maybe he's not worth having around.
