This is a good and inexpensive business to start. Service businesses are a favorite of mine. There is an unlimited possibility for them. First make a list of the people who would need your service. Independent living centers might be a good place to leave fliers. If you have a Resource for Independent Living center you might be able to leave one there. You don't say what your age is or the area you live, but you need to find out if there are any regulations for your area that need to be followed. Figure your time, gas and any other expenses you might incure to develop a fair price.

Most of ours went out of business so you would need to tread carefully.
Customers would need to order ahead of time then be home for delivery so you are limited mostly to people with computers leaving out some elderly unless you have a phone in order service. Maintaining your website and price list might be hard since things change constantly.
Delivery people will need refrigerated vehicles and to be neat, clean and polite as well as punctual.
People don't always want to pay enough for the service or to meet a minimum order size.
