if you attempt to blow smoke directly into a bottle, it won't allow it in because the air pressure inside the bottle is equal to the atmosphere. if you blow smoke into a bottle without taking up the whole top like you are trying to blow a flute, the smoke will enter the bottle. don't cover the whole jar with your butt cheeks. only fart into half of the jar leaving half of the opening exposed if you want the pressure of your fart to fill the bottle and push the clean air out from it.

the smell wouldnt be there, or if it was it wouldnt be there as strongly. this is because unless you fart in some form of airtight container air would get in and fart would get out, so eventually dispersion would take effect, but even like this i would imagine that the smell would stay there for bout half a week, or atleast a day

If the jar is airtight, then yes, it should still smell. It won't smell as "fresh" and strong, though, because the odor compounds will deteriorate and dissipate through the air in the jar.

I don't know but if you fart into your hands that are cupped tightly it will stay there until you deliver it to someone .
