That legislation isn't bloated, those projects are sorely needed. Unlike the Iraq War which is accomplishing nothing and really bankrupting us. Conservatives have their priorities all wrong.

maybe you should actually read the bill and figure out what it is all about. I am sorry that you hate your fellow Americans soo much that you disagree with tax dollars actually being spent on Americans to provide security for their lives and property from natural disasters, while strengthening American infrastructure.
