I love desserts........I like alot of them it's sooooo hard to pick just one. I've never had a turtle sundae but I'm thinkin it's ice cream and carmel and hot fudge on it and maybe some kind of nuts on it too?.............even if that's not a turtle sundae that sounds pretty good!

Anyway a long time ago my Mom made this and I've loved it ever since............I call it "Better than Sex Cake".

You need a nice big casarole or a large glass bowl. Well you'll see why when I tell you how to make this.

Ingredients: You need one box of chocolate cake mix, any kind will do. If you have a sheet pan you can use that instead........keep reading you'll understand why.

You'll need two boxes of chocolate pudding, and "don't " get the instant stuff..."get the real oh my God I have to stand here and stir this until it comes to a boil" pudding, yes that kind.

Then get something like Cool Whip, you'll need 2 containers of the stuff.

Bake your cake like it says on the box and make your pudding just like it says on the box. ***Try to time this so your cake and your pudding can cool down at the same time when there done. *The cake and the pudding cannot be hot.*

Now when the cake and the pan are cooled off enough put your hands right into it the cake and start breaking the cake up into chuncks.

Once you've done that what your going to do is layer that casaroul dish first with the cake then with the pudding then with the cool whip..........then do that again, cake, then pudding, then cool whip.

I've found that 2 layers works well. You want to try to layer each thing equally. The top should always end with Cool Whip. Now take that and put it into the refrigerator and let it cool really good. You probably won't be able to stand not trying some untill the next day........but to me the colder this gets the better it is. And yes I've tried it just after I've made it and I like it cold better.

Anyway.......... as simple as this is its probably my all time favorite dessert..........Hope you try it!
