How many of them do you consider to be dumb?

I've met 6 people today. Two of them were dumb. I'm guessing that ratio will continue through ten.

depends upon how you term the word " dumb " because each person has wisdom and knowledge in certain areas which others may not have. therefore everyone might be considered
" dumb " under certain circumstances.
