I am waiting for them to poor my curb before I can begin building my house. It's getting cold out. Can they pour a curb in the cold?

It is not recommended because the setting/hardening time for cement is much longer under cold weather. And the cement may set unevenly creating problems and limiting its longevity.

Ye they can pour your curb in the cold and even if it is raining all they do is cover it up with vis queen and their should be no problem with them doing this. I have worked in construction for 20 years and have seen concrete poured in the cold and rain..

Yes but it is better not to. They can mix the cement with hot water and they need to keep the fresh pour covered. If it is freezing you may have problems in the long term with flaking.

Yes. There are additives that can be added to concrete for cold conditions. Freezing temps are not good though.

i know its a bad time of year to put my trailer house in i doing pillars im in michigan and it is cold and the pillars are in the ground

needs to be at least 45 degrees for the concrete to hydrate
