Your question doesn't make any sense. Does having an abortion make you need a hysterectomy, is that your question?

If so, then no. Unless something has gone wrong and your ovaries are no longer fertile.

Naturally multiple abortions will cause much damage to the uterus, so if abortions are being used as birth control (which is so very wrong on many counts), then the woman is causing a lot of damage. If medically necessary, a hysterectomy would be possible. It's quite sad to require a hysterectomy due to damage from abortions.

A hysterectomy is not a form of birth control, either, by the way. A gyn will not remove a healthy uterus for the sole purpose of birth control.

What is the reason for your question? Have you had multiple abortions? This is terribly bad for your body, and shows a huge degree of irresponsibility. Try some "conception" control. And yes, if you ruin your uterus, or if you seriously want to NOT get pregnant - get a sterilization procedure or ABSTAIN!!!
