i am pregnant and i want to move out soon. i dont have a rental or lease agreement, most recent electric, gas, phone bills, childrens birth certificates, etc. because i live with my parents... what do i do?

They will base it on household income so you won't qualify. Don't move out until you can support your family.

Instead of food stamps, apply for WIC and medical assistance.
You most likely won't qualify for food stamps, since it is based off of your household income. But, if you move into your own place, you will have a better chance of getting them.

You aren't likely to qualify for food stamps if you are living with your parents. And unless you have some income, it's not likely you can afford to move out on your own.
