Let's hope so.

Giuliani is arrogant, a bully, bigoted, ill tempered and a womanizer. He divorced his 2nd wife, Donna Hanover, by announcing it at a press conference instead of telling her in person first. He was having an affair with an aide while living at Gracie Mansion & while still married and mayor of NYC while taking credit for all the good things that were done by others in “the city”. He fired William Bratton; the police commissioner in 1994 when he found out he made the cover of Time magazine because he (Giuliani) wanted to take the credit for the innovative crime fighting. Then he hired Kerik, and you know how that’s turned out.

I lived in NY during Giuliani’s dictatorship, and believe me; I would not want him as president. His character is far worse than Bush & Clinton's worse faults rolled into one, if you can believe that's possible. Even his own kids don’t talk to him, now, what does that tell you? His name should be Mussoliani as he governs by spreading fear.

As for 9/11…. he’s no hero, he just happened to be in the right place at the right time. The real heroes of 9/11 were the NYC firefighters & police plus all the other rescue workers from the surrounding tri-state areas who voluntarily came to pitch in & help us. However, he has no problem exploiting 9/11 with photo ops & speeches that have netted him millions and has allowed him to be a front-runner for the presidency.

It has also been recently discovered that he had mob ties & that his father was a convicted felon. Furthermore, when he was prosecutor in NY, all his convictions were overturned. Why is that? I’m sure as time goes by more skeletons will come out of his closet.

Between this Kerik thing, and his personal life, which reads like a cheap novel, and the fact that his own children won't even stand on the same stage with him, and the first responders in NY dedicated to bringing him down, he's going to have a lot of trouble in the general if he gets nominated. For one thing, he can't bring up the old rumors about the Clintons without getting hit with his own personal issues, so that tactic would backfire for him. He can't keep running on 9/11 in the general with the first responders willing to use any resources available to them to expose the truth about him. So what is he going to run on? Being a tough guy? The anti-Hillary option? He's going to need more than that to beat her in the general. If this is the Republican's best they have to offer the American people, they are handing the election to Hillary on a silver platter.

Why do people still talk about Giuliani? He's not being true to anyone, and the only reason he even ran, is because he twisted 9/11 to his advantage. Had that never happened, he would not be running at all.

Consider the source. Bachmann has ALWAYS been grandiose with an exaggerated sense of her own ability and capacity. Kinda like Palin. People have taken a long hard look, and she has no credibility outside of her groupies. Not enough to win the nomination, much less the election.

With any luck. As for him wearing women's clothing, I thought most republican's liked doing stuff like that on a weekend, so they won't hold that against him. What should be the primary reason for him to fail is the way he screwd over the firefighters up to 9/11 and how he puts 9/11 in every single paragraph he spoke since, he is really trying to capitalize from the deaths of thousands of Americans.

He is a sick sick man.

If only it were that simple! None of the incredibly stupid things Bush did in his first term prevented people from electing him for a second one. I've lost all faith in the common sense of the voters. Beam me up, Scotty; there's no intelligent life here!

It does not look that way for the Republican nomination. If he is the nominee, it is will be interesting to see if this has any effect in the general election.

No. Hillary can't afford to make too much of an issue of Giuliani b/c she's got enough skeletons to last us all a long time. Would be like pot calling kettle black

His head will implode when his stupidity finally runs out. It's only a matter of time.

I think the winning ticket is going to be Giuliani/Rommney. Just a guess.
