It's 2007 and the only music I listen to is from the 80's! Is that normal?

Who cares what you liten to as long as you like it!

Frankie Valley is a classic artist..it is completely normal.. there is no rule that says that you can only like music that today's artists put out. Besides most of the sounds and ideas modern artists used are based on the music of the past. I recently heard a remake of she's like the wind from 20 years ago...

Listen to what you like and don't let what others may think stop you from doing that. I'm sure they have a few favorite songs they don't want to admit to.

I am in my 30's and I like all different types of music. I like some from the 50's, that my mom listened to, like Elvis, Frankie Valle, etc, and through up to some of todays music. It is normal to like music from more than one genre.

Of course it's normal, a lot of people have amazingly eclectic tastes in music. I like pretty much everything and have done since I was in my teens, including 60s, classical, and prog rock. Personal taste is just that, personal - what you like is entirely up to you and nobody can tell you otherwise. Good for you!

Ask your dad if he likes Jazz, and the answer will probably be yes, if you asked him 20 years ago it might have been a different answer.

Most people grow older and start to appreciate different types of music, i've started listening to Sinatra and Sammy Davis Junior recently!

Sit back and enjoy the fact your ahead of your time.
