Mine reminds me of Butthead/ Balki from Perfect Strangers. Remember that dumb show? He isin't actually foreign, he just sounds like the guy when he does foreign accents.

Not exactly tv, but SnoopDogg... he has very defined cheekbones and jawbones, kinda like Snoop (and everyone says he looks like him) but he's not tall and lanky...
and how could we forget Perfect Strangers... oddly enough, my friend and I were just talking about that show the other day!
