I just bought a new gateway with windows vista. I want to delete all of the crap (like napster, music samples, net zero trials etc)from the computer. Is there a good place to find this stuff, or a way I can get a lot of it without looking in every file on the hard drive?

Go into Control Panel and then Add or Remove Programs (this is what it is in Windows XP, hopefully with Vista as well...I haven't had too much experience with Vista).

Oh, and good luck working with Vista!

Windows Vista.... Jump into the control panel.. and click on Programs and features. It will come up just like XP's Add/Remove programs. And go from there.

Add and remove programs, and uninstall anything you don't want, and use a free program like this to clean up all the leftover junk the uninstall leaves behind http://www.ccleaner.com/
