Sooooooooo interesting.

It arouses soooooo many feelings and meanings inside of me, I can write about it for several pages, but don't think it's the proper place.
All what I can for those who watched this, think about this deeply, you can learn several lessons from it.

I was thinking about the Free Hugs campaign one morning on the ferry going over to Luxor and I almost burst into laughter imaging the response, if I had got up and gone around the ferry and begun hugging everyone!
Everyone looked so serious and self absorbed that I am possitive I would have more than likely been arrested or thrown overboard than to have got any hugs in return.
I often wish I was one of those people who are brazen enough to actually do things like that.
Yes I do think everyone needs a hug so I am sending you out a vitual hug right now.
Okay, that is enough!

confident, I surely could! and function interior the previous. it incredibly is weird and wonderful that that's being reported now, in 2008 - by way of fact while i became in 8th grade (7 years in the past, after having moved to a sparkling place, with out buddies) our paintings type instructor, Ms. Nofsinger, had "beginning or transforming into a member of a different business enterprise" as a call for for her type - the promotional endeavors may be the ingenious factors that she'd grade. I joined up with a set of ladies, and we did a hug marketing campaign in our college. It became exciting, kinda frightening at one element (guy over 6 ft tall dashing a set of midget females below 5 ft) - haha. yet i'm involved approximately spreading the affection and showing it extra many times. The be conscious "love" is used way too loosely now; we choose extra affection. it incredibly is a shame to be certain maximum of uptight human beings those days. certainly one of my fondest thoughts. Hugs are great. <3 good success.

I love it, im ready for all the hugs, if nobody else wants them hand them over to me. Here is a virtual hugggggggggggg woahhhhhhhhh finished- did i crack any ribs---ah call a doctor...

Farah i have to both agree and disagree there are places in Egypt where things like this are able to be for example if someone stood in the AUC or that kind of campus there would be a few hugs going around but no your right that i would have freak out if it was other places, I dont think standing downtown with a sign would go well.

I have never known a hug to cost anything. Everyone needs a hug from time to time but i don't think i would want to hug a stranger if you hug someone you know then i think it is a better hug more emotion in it.

This is the best thing ever done!!better than hearing bad names!hitting ,kicking, car racing resulting in killing poor passengers, knife & syoof quarels ,trying to abuse poor girls emotionally or biologically ,this happen everyday without any reasons!!especially in the egyptian streets!!so if this is the normal routine for every day!!I think that a free hug day wil be better than all this!!

what a shame that such a lovely idea is spoilt by the nastier side of things. why cant we just have hugs, why do we have to worry about abuse and sad things.
i love hugs and i always feel better for an honest comforting hug, nothing sexual or inappropriate just a spontaneous gesture of affection. yes count me in.

Are you kidding? I can never get or give enough hugs. I hate it that my kids are no longer at the "cuddly" stage...I am severely under-hugged.
I LOVE the free hugs campaign...everytime I see footage of it it causes me to get all weepy.
Yeesh...that is so sad...
LOL

Are you serious?! hehehe No way that is gonna work in Egypt! You'll probably end up in the hospital having hasafer check your eyes out after being sprayed with pepper spray, or you'll end up misharaf 3and btoo3 iladab! looooool

No, seriously, it's a nice idea but it'll never work here. You can "spread the love" in other ways!

as long as it's the stranger coming to hug him not the other way around. But sure why not. the lovey-dovey, liberal(not the political affiliation) kind people might like it but me personally no.Nor do i want to be offered a hug.
