False, everyone would be exactly the same. 6 billion people would give me a dollar, but then I'd have to redistribute those 6 billion dollars back to the rest of the world. No change at the end.

It's a wash. Everyone give away one dollar to everyone who give everyone 1 dollar to everyone else and you end up with 1 dollar.
