That's hard to answer! You have to count the number of Africans who left Africa to live in each state. Plus some Africans in the United States are not US citizens. I think ATL has the most black people. But there are white African Americans living in the US.

it's a trick question. there is no such thing as african american, you are either Amerian or you are not. calling yourself less than an American is like saying you are almost pregnant.
