I used to sleep real good. But, for the last few months, my sleeping patterns stink. I wake up frequently. And, to make matters worse, I get up REAL early. All in all, I probably get about 4 hours a night (on a good night).

I do not sleep well at all. Every night i get anywhere from four to seven hours of sleep. I have to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom every night. So that puts a damper in things because falling asleep and falling back asleep are very hard for me. Plus I have three hurniated disks in my spine, so sleep is usually painful as well. If you walk in my room and whisper my name I will wake up. When my husbands alarm goes off for work at five thirty in the morning, I am usually up for the day, because I can't get back to sleep. Sleep is something I am so jealous of when it comes other people, because it seems that other people get to go to sleep, sleep all they want, and feel rested. And after I sleep I feel nothing but exhaustion and pain. it sucks.

Well I've been having insomnia for some time now... I struggle to fall asleep, even when I'm exhausted, and when I finally do fall asleep, I end up waking up 2 to 4 times a night. Hope you're able to sleep better than me.

I sleep like a baby..I just lay on my back and close my eyes, and i fall asleep easily, and than i switch to a comfortable sleeping position. The only time i wake up so often is when im sick, because i can't breath from my nose.

For the past week or so, I have been waking up every few hours because I have been afraid that my alarm wasn't going to go off (because a few times, it didn't and I had to rush to get ready).
It's kind of nice though, because when my alarm goes off, I'm kinda awake enough to get going.

Unfortunately I am one of those people that wakes up often. Sad. I think my bladder is the size of a pea and that I think too much before I fall asleep.
P.s. Colormehappy, I may just be being gullible but is that true? Does that type of thing make a difference? I'm not trying to be mean, I'm really curious.

Oh how I wish, I normally wake every hour or so, except for that last hour before the alarm sounds, then I sleep like a baby.
