The English is written so poorly it's not even funny. I love how they try to make it sound impressive and really only succeed in butchering the language. It's just yet another tipoff that something is amiss. "Great Britain Pound Sterlings" -- the correct term is "pounds sterling." (Sometimes it is referred to as the "British pound", but that is not the official term.) Such details escape the intended victims as easily as they escaped the perpetrators of the scam, which is why the scam is still somewhat successful.
