I don't know. Not me, though. I rarely watch tv and I don't think many people do any more. They're too busy with the computer, phone and Ipods.

Not here, I got tired of the cable company and cost about 7 years ago and got rid of it. For those of you thinking we have no life now think again, our lives are better. Now time that was spent watching tv is spent outside/inside with our children or just the wife and I playing games and such. It is a much better life now hopefully they will stay on strike and others will realize what they are missing by just sitting in front of the TV

to stereotype, there only only a few people who still even watch TV.

the Jerry Springer type
the Oprah type
the Survivor type
the NFL type (some overlap with the Springer type)
the News type
the Late Night Show type

Only the Late Night Show type need writers. well, maybe Springer.

The rest of us don't need TV. We have a life!

I haven't noticed yet. Don't watch much "scripted" tv anyway. Basically the new and the weather and movies.
although, I do have to admit that I am missing my "new" Jay Lenos and Conan O'Brians, because I am an insomniac and that is what keeps me from going in sane. I hate watching the reruns. But its better than nothing. Other than that I haven't given it another thought.

haha, of course. All of the shows will begin to be re-runs, which means people will stop watching them, which will make ratings go down and really piss the writers' bosses off. There are shows that are already beeing affected in a big way.

When did they go on strike?

I haven't turned on my tv (except for DVD's) in months.

TV has writers? They should be fired.

yeah they will notice once the re-runs start. The re-runs may not start for about a little more then 2 months, depends on what shows.

I hadn't noticed, but I hardly ever turn tv in. I am a music person.

I don't even care. Not much good on TV anyway. I prefer to rent movies.
