I was skating a ten stair hand rail and some douche cop came and took my board. WTF is with these guys. In my town we always have this one asshole cop who comes and gets us in trouble for skating. I need help I mean its not like it hurts anyone, but yet I still get in trouble. I can run and hide but all I want to do is skate. What can I do?

It does. It damages property and you can get hurt on someone else's property resulting in a lawsuit. Go to a skatepark.

In our town we had an issue like this. People were complaining about skateboarders in public places and calling the cops. Somebody (I don't remember if it was skaters or not) introduced an article to the town meeting one year to appropriate funds to build a skate park.
There was a lot of support for it, even including some of the cops that rousted the skaters from the sidewalks in earlier incidents. The article passed, the park was built, and now the skateboarders have a place to do all their kick flips and Ollies and what not. Maybe you and your friends could try something like that.
