ohh yea, I had a best friend who wound up being jealous of my relationship with a high school sweet heart. WHen the girl and I were going through some rough times he was trying to aid the other guy, his friend, in hitting it. Then after we broke up for good, he started telling her how much he loved her and wanted to go out with her.
I joined the military and really haven't seen him much since then, that was a lonnnnggggg time ago.

Not a quote best friend close quote, but as an old fart, I can advise you and others to never give out too much personal information. This can come back to bite you where you least expect it!
Keep your own counsel (Keep your personal sh!t to yourself).
Cheers.

I had a very good friend at a job in the past. She got mad about something trivial, and tried to get me fired by claiming i was harassing her. Try to disprove that.

Yes, with words & actions, not a knife. She's no longer my friend & I've been careful when it comes to calling a person "friend" since that happened.

I've had people who I thought were my friend do things to hurt me. Someone like that is not a friend and your life is better off without them. I am very cautious and although I like people I try not to give them a chance to hurt me.
