Deidara. I mean he's S-class and he's in the akatsuki.

Kakashi! ^_^ He got the Mangekyou Sharingan and can use a jutsu called Susanoo using his Mangekyou Sharingan. With this technique, Kakashi-san focuses on a point on the body of his opponent. The area around the target begins to warp and collapse in on itself, resulting in about half a meter diameter of area being quickly "sucked" out of existence.That gives him an advantage. Kakashi is both a long distance and close-combat fighter. Deidara specializes in long range fighting and uses special mouths in the palm of his hand to create Exploding Clay - chakra-infused clay that explodes on command. Kakashi has memorized over 1000 jutsu and his speed is really fast when he's doing hand seals. I haven't seen Deidara use Ninjutsu or Taijutsu often. It may be hard to defeat Deidara because he trained his left eye to counter against the Sharingan (I'm not sure if it can counter against the Mangekyou Sharingan though..) because he wanted to stand up to Itachi, but I think that Kakashi will win =)

Kakashi! granted that Deidara has his left eye trained for Sharinga users, he has explosive clay and Deidara is a long range nin...but facing Kakashi would spell death for him...Kakashi isn't famous in the world of the shinobi without the legendary Sharingan. Because he has copied almost 1000 jutsus, a capable genjutsu user and rivals Gai in taijutsu and that makes him a well-rounded shinobi and is "supposed" to be one of the nin in line to becoming Rokudaime Hokage....pluz his Mangekyou Sharingan...Deidara stands no chance against Kakashi!

Kakashi!!! His mangekyo sharingan rivals that of itachi now. And plus kakashi has experience seeing how he's seen many jutsus. If kakshi wanted to, I bet he could use jutsu after justu of which we never seen before. But yeah kakashi!!!

in one of the manga chapters he defeated deidera easily...
