Definitely Concord, Antioch and out here in the East Bay. It's almost always the hottest part of the Bay Area. Next to that, probably Napa. Palo Alto is on the Peninsula and my guess, is going to be overcast today. Whereas, it's been sunny for hours in Walnut Creek!

I watched the weather report today, but I only pay attention to Napa. I think the high is supposed to be about 67F. But it always feels warmer in the afternoon.

properly, this week it is been extremely chilly as you realize so whether it continues to be chilly and rains we can get snow on mt. tamapilis(in marin) mt. dibalo (contra costa county), and mt. Hamilton (south bay). yet once you want genuine snow i could bypass to tahoe (3hrs) using or yosemite (4hrs) or maybe greater effective mt. lassen or mt. shasta in northern ca those 2 r the main superbly not many people, and loads of exciting places to quit on the way.
