Using touchpad resizes my browser?

Tapping my touchpad instead of button or just using my touchpad resizes, minimizes, or sometimes crashes my browser.

Go to your Control Panel (Start--> Settings--> Control Panel--> Mouse-->) and on the last tab, you'll see Device Settings. Wander around in there until you find out how your touch pad is set up - areas of the touch pad, how they're set up, and what they do, and their sensitivity, and all that. You may have to change them to "quit doing that!" Like I did... (I felt a little annoyed when I got mine set up in an inconvenient way...)
