What exactly did Napolean do with the millions he got from the Louisiana purchase? My book mentions future warfare, but doesn't specifiy much.

The cash was used entirely on Napoleon's military budget. Huge numbers of recruits constantly had to be trained, provided with weapons and uniforms, boots, haversacks, tents, food, blankets and so on. Naoleon was fighting the war on several fronts and losing very badly in Portugal and Spain -there were never enough resources to go round. During the later Russian campaign, the army was virtually wiped out and had to be completely reorganised and re-equipped.
This is where all the money went.

Napolean was a very militarist leader. It more than like was put into a general fund he sued for supplies or weapons or for training soldiers. It probably wasn't spent on any thing specific.
