I found a 323i pre owned BMW with 157,000M.
Would you say that there is a big chance that i'll have some repairs on it or is it reliable?
FYI I found it in at a dealership.

Common (serious) problems found specifically on the 1999/2000 323 cars are:

Auto transmission failure - if fluid is not replaced by every 60,000 miles, at about 100,000 miles +/- 15k, the transmission will most likely fail. http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2007/09/lemon_bmw.html
